Remixing the / in the media : the collaborative production in TV news from the perspective of media recirculation

Abstract

The intention of this paper is to analyze the issues involved in the production of audiovisual material for non-journalists, TV news aired in public and commercial television. Interests us realize, from the perspective of media recirculation strategies that remixing media are used by broadcasters and producers of frames for the establishment of linkages with the communities that intended to represent. We used as a methodology based on the analysis of televisual TV (Becker). We analyze the concepts of life, event and media recirculation in a growth scenario of user-generated content (CGU‟s). Audiovisual objects analyzed in this work are the collaborative frameworks “Another Look” – Outro Olhar (from TV Brasil) and “Partner RJ” – Parceiro do RJ (Rede Globo/Rio de Janeiro) displayed via TV and then made available on the websites in the months from July to September 2014.
