A neurociência e as tecnologias em favor dos alunos com transtornos de aprendizagem

Abstract

From the question: with the enactment of Law no13,146/2015, which instituted the Statute of Persons with Disabilities, what has been the interest of Brazilian researchers in the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) as support in the teaching and learning processes of students with disabilities learning? To answer this question, an article was made with the aim of review the research, master's theses and doctoral theses, which analyzed the use of TDIC in the teaching and learning process of students with Learning Disorders. Thus, a research with a qualitative approach, of the descriptive type, was carried out. As for the technical procedure, bibliographic research was used. The results reveal that this Law caused concern among researchers and aroused interest in the use of TDIC in an assistive way, conceptualized as Assistive Technologies, to provide support for students with learning disabilities. It was also noticed that neuroscience has been ally in the classroom and has contributed a lot to the understanding of non-learning. When there is a dialogue between different areas such as neuroscience, education and technologies, education becomes more inclusive. This is what the educational surveys showed, they also indicated that institutions are not inclusive just because they receive students who have learning disabilities and/or disabilities, but they are inclusive when they have physical and pedagogical structures and a qualified faculty to enable adequate teaching and learning processes, extracting from students who have learning disorders and/or disabilities the most of their potential.

Mestre em Educação Tecnológica pelo Centro Federal de Minas Gerais. Possui graduação em Ciência da Computação pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, graduação em Curso de Formação de Oficiais pela Academia de Polícia Militar e especialização em Tecnologias Convergentes pelo Centro Universitário UNA. Atualmente é Chefe Seção de Sistemas do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Minas Gerais e do Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais. Membro do Grupo de pesquisa AVACEFETMG.
